This estate belonged to a 101-year-old woman whose family lived in the home for five generations.  The home has been closed for about three years, and as with many true vintage collections, some items (particularly clothes, textiles, books) may retain a "stored" or "antique" scent, typical of vintage collections.  All items are offered as found, with authentic age and charm intact.

Preview on November 6, 2025, 10 am to 12 pm, you must contact Dawn from A to Z to get the address for preview. 

Soft close November 6, 2025 at 6 pm (est).  This is a soft close auction, if a bid is placed in the last 5 mins., another 5 mins. will be added to the time.  Lots start to close at 6 pm, they do not all close at one time.

This is in Decatur, TN, pickup will be by appointment.  You will receive a link in an email to sign up for a time on November 8, 2025 FROM 10 AM TO 6 PM.    You must sign up for a time;  the address is on the signup page.  Bring help to load your items.  THIS IS THE ONLY PICKUP DAY.  THERE WILL BE NO OTHER DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.  All items left on site after 6 PM on November 8, 2025 will be considered abandoned.  

If shipping is needed, please advise us by email at atozsales@mail.com or reply to the email you receive after the auction has ended.  You will be charged for your purchases after the sale ends and a seperate charge for shipping and handling.
